- You might check the EMPF in Indianapolis for a technical report on that
subject.  A study on that subject was conducted while I was employed there
(seems to me that several coatings over a variety of fluxes were studied).
You might check their on-line library at http://www.empf.org and see if a
final report has been published yet.  If so, they will probably send you a
copy free, but it may be available on-line for downloading by now (that is one
of the initiatives they were working on when I left).
