Hello, all:

Can anyone tell me is there any aqueous temporary resist compatible with
electroless nickel / immersion gold process.
Our electroless nickel / immersion gold process is hoist type dip tank
operation. Chemical temperature at electroless nickel is 85 degree C
with PH 4.7 for 22 minutes.
