Although I am not familiar with this machine, I will give it y best shot:

First You need to establish the correct balance of IPA and De-Ionised water
75% to 25% respectively. This is usually done based upon Specific Gravity.

You then need to verify the accuracy of the resistivity/conductivity sensor
in the system. This is achieved by introducing a known quantity of
calibrated saline solution into a know volume of test solution (alcohol and
water).

I suspect your problem will be related to the balance of the test solution,
alcohol solvating faster than water.

Without the manual - shame on Alpha (my competitors!!) - it is difficult to
go further except to recommend that you drain down the tank and refill with
fresh solution at the right mix 75/25 and re-calibration from there may be
possible.
