Jeff,
Two other options are:
1) to use a full fledged tensile tester like Instron, etc.
2) One of our sites has a Sebastian Five-A made by the Quad Group in
Spokane Washington.  The telephone number I have is on an old brochure
so take it for what it is worth 509-458-4558
