I recently attended a local chapter meeting of SMTA where an engineer
from one of the screen printer manufactureres spoke.   He talked about a
design of experiment they performed on the screen printing process and
found that the second most significant factor of those examined (just
slightly behind pad orientation), was the paste measurement system
(namely a Cyberoptics Cybersentry).
