John,
     Could you be a little more specific as to what types of problems you are
seeing?  What kind of testing are you doing?  As far as the appearance of the
coating is concerned, in most cases the appearance will be flat and not shiny.
I would be happy to answer any questions or concerns you have about the
OMIKRON finish.
     I have done extensive testing on the OMIKRON process and am familiar with
many of the shops running it.  I have heard no negative results from anyone
and would be very interested in speaking with you regarding your concerns.
