Nortel has an internal document specifying a lead metal spot test.  Does
anyone know of an IPC, EIA, Mil Spec., etc document that would contain
the same?  I looked in IPC TM-650, but didn't see one, but that doesn't
mean it isn't there.  Any help would be appreciated.
