Can anyone identify the following laminate callout from obsolete
specification MIL-C-24768/3. I am suspecting that a standard grade glass
laminate is in order.

"Type GEB " plastic sheet, glass fiber base, epoxy resin.

Any tips on how to easily obtain verification on such requirements in
the future? There are a lot of obsolete specifications referenced by
existing P/N drawings currently in production. Are these documents even
available?
