Dear IPC:
I recently purchased a copy of IPC-6011 and IPC-6012.  In reviewing the copper thickness requirement for plated through holes I find a conflict with IPC-A-600.  For class 2 boards , IPC 6012 states an average of 0.8 mils, whereas IPC-A-600 states 1.0 mil average.
Which document takes precendence?  Is the 6010 series going to replace the current 600 series of documents?
