We are considering setting up a PCB prototype facility in-house. The Engineering groups as a whole generate about 20 different prototype PCBs a month with quantities of 10 to 20 boards each (400 PCBs a month). Designs range from 2 sided to 10 layers and line/space to 6/6. The focus of this facility is "Quick Turn" (hours). Any information on the following would be greatly appreciated.

1. What will we need and what choices do we have?

2. What systems/equipment are the best for this application?

3. How much space is required for a facility like this?

4. How many people of what disciplines are needed to run this facility?

4. What is the estimated cost to set up a facility like this?

5. Can you recommend any person or organization that can generate several proposals for setting up this facility?
