Last Chance to Register for the IPC Designers Council Sweepstakes

The IPC Designers Council is holding a promotional sweepstakes this month. The deadline for entries is 5:00 p.m. (central standard time) Feb. 8, 1998.

First prize is free airfare from anywhere in the continental US and three days accommodations, plus free tuition to the Printed Circuit Design Conference West '98.

Second prize is a CAD software package courtesy of PADs Software Inc., "PADS-PowerPCB 525sp," a fully-configured PowerPCB 2.0 layout system complete with unlimited design connections, on-line DRC, auto dimensioning, support for complex, embedded split planes, and much more. Also includes the "SP-6" autorouter from Cooper & Chyan Technologies, and the "BoardSim" EMC signal integrity tool from HyperLynx. Valued at $42,000.

Registering is easy! Simply fill out and submit the form (located on the IPC Web site, see below) and IPC will enter you into the sweepstakes. All entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. (CST) on Feb. 8, 1998. The winners will be announced in February 1998.

IPC will file appropriate tax forms. Federal and local taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the winner. IPC Designers Council is an organization sponsored by IPC which addresses the needs of printed circuit board designers.
