     You might have better luck at that frequency using a silicon hot
     carrier (schottky barrier) diode such as a Motorola MBD101.  The data
     book says "...designed primarily for UHF mixer applications but
     suitable for use in detector and ultra-fast switching circuits."

     Hi all,
        Can anyone suggest an RF diode for operation at 400MHz; it will be
     used to rectify the output of a radio. Tried a 1N914 and MPN3401
     already with little rectified DC voltage to show for it. Thanx in
     advance.
