It is going to depend on what size panels your board house(s) use(s). Talk
to them.

I don't know of software to do it, but it would be great to have. Keep us
posted!

Subject: [DC] Panelization Calculator

Does anyone know of software which a PCB designer can use to
construct panelization configurations for optimum board house
     material utilization?
     Thank you.
