Dear fellows:
Often people can find a 'ESD frame ground' (ESD - ElectroStatic Discharge)
surrounding the PCB of each Slide-in card in the telecommunication equipment,
are there any friends being capable of offering me some theoretical materials on
this subject?
Appreciate.
