I would also be interested in getting that fax.  I just went through a long
process of aperture redesigns to get rid of solder balls while still
putting enough paste down.  I used the homeplate design, but had to
redesign it several times to get the size and geometry just right.   But
would like to see other ideas that have worked.  If you would please fax it
