solutions:

1) What type of gold and thickness?

2) Is there an underplate (type & thickness)?

3) What is the soldering process specifics the board is subjected too (flux
type, conveyor speed, etc)?

4) What are the board specifics (thickness, type, # of inner layers, hole
dimenstions, etc.)?

Hi All,
I got a problem with solderability!
We where selling a HAL PCB for a few years. Since it was gold contacts too,
we suggested to the customer to change to gold plating.
After he got samples he claims that the solderability (wetting) is not very
good.
The PCB is wave soldered.
Any comments are welcome.
