Dear Technetters:
As far as I know, there are at least two kinds of chinese character
sets, one kind is the simplified version used in PRC, another is the
traditional version used in Taiwan, and I don't know whether there is
such a S/W that can emcompass both these two sets, so you still need to
make sure that you are using the right one.
