IPC Community
      We at the University of Dayton RI have been evaluating PWBs for a local
company.  They want to reject a lot of PWBs because the coupons on the outer
edge of the board were greater than 0.5 inch from the active area of the board
as specified by IPC 275.  The coupons look good in xsection.  Cross sections
in the active area appear to have a random etchback problem.  Comments please.
