Mark,
  I would guess that you have check AMP for these connectors? I am not
sure if they or 3M might have something you could use, but if you
haven't looked you may want to. I have an AMP RF connector catalog and
I skimmed quickly through it and didn't see any thing that jumped out but,
the catalog I have is OLD. AMP also has a WEB site that has nice
search features. Hope this helps.
