Hello Technetters!

I am interested in reliability of plate thickness for "SEQUENTIAL BUILD-UP PCB".
Have you had test for "BVH" and "IVH" ?
Can anyone explain to me what the minimum plate thickness is for
completed BVH ,IVH ?
If so, please let me know specification of that.

* Next PTH SPEC is one of the "BVH,"IVH".

  BVH : HOLE SIZE : 0.1mm , DIELECTRIC THICKNESS: 0.06mm
  IVH : HOLE SIZE : 0.25mm, DIELECTRIC THICKNESS: 0.6mm

Your input is always appreciated.

Best Regards,
Jae-heun Joung.
