     Item#2, but any etchant that enters the etcher chamber, be it fresh or
     with some copper, it is going to mix with the bulk etchant in the
     etcher, and the drop in copper content inside the etcher won't be so
     great the etching ability is dropped, will it?

Item # 1 is, indeed, legit. Item #2 is also since "fresh" etchant, w/o Cu will
not etch, so the etchant that is rinsed from the exiting panels does increase
the Cu content. Item #3 is propaganda.
