Hello everyone,

Does anyone know the method to etch BT resin?
I have tried to roughen the BT resin surface in order to increase the adhesion between
e-less Cu and BT resin.
But, in Permanganate system, it is very difficult to etch it.
If anyone knows the etching condition(concentration, temp. etc.) in Permanganate system,
please let me know.
