M. Mertens; did you receive any responses on your request for
information about the Camtek AOI equipment?  I am interested to know if
you have any information on line resolution and on glass to panel
registration, particularly on larger panel sizes - in the vicinity of 500mm x
600mm (about 20" x 24").  Please share any info that you may have
received.

We are in the process of evaluating Camtek AOI to inspect for Outer
Layer finishes. I am running this survey to get a feel for its
performance capability, sensitivity, etc. etc. on the following:

1. Immersion/electroless gold plated panels
2. Tight line/space requirements
3. Electroless copper plated panels with photoresist
4. Etched copper plated panels
