Does anyone have a favorite independent lab for IC failure analysis they
might recommend? At times, we have sent failed parts back to the vendor for
analysis. We would like to have some independent work done too. We need
someone who has the capability to examine IC's in minute detail to the
extent of seeing and certifying ESD damage etc.
