Has anybody out there ever had to spin PVC onto silicon wafers. For this
purpose PVC is dissolved in THF, typically 2% w/v. The problem is that
when you place it ona wafer and spin, the THF evaporates and the
polymer dries on the wafer before the initial liquid has had a chance to
spread evenly across the wafer.
Anyone had and solved such a problem?
Thanks in advance
