Andy,

Arlon's 85NT is a non-MDA polyimide on aramid non-woven reinforcement.  The
properties are as follows:
Tg - approx. 250 C.
Dk - 3.9
CTE for X and Y is around 8-10ppm per degree C.  Z is rated around 100ppm.

Arlon's 55NT is a multifunctional epoxy on aramid non-woven reinforcement

Tg - approx. 180 C.
Dk - 3.9
CTE for X and Y is around 8 -10ppm per degree C.  Z is rated aorund 100ppm.
