I'm not aware of a standard for the protusion specifically in regards to
scoring. However, depending upon the overall board tolerance spec'd on the
fab, your supplier may be within the overall board tolerance.  Typically,
at least here at Moto, board tolerance is +/- .010 overall.  If the
scoring is putting the board out of tolerance, I would suggest designing
the board taking into account the depanelization factor and decrease the
board size accordingly. If that's not desireable, perhaps a different
scoring tool is available that will cut a narrower grove, or investigate
board routing with breakout tabs to the panel.
