Mark,
I would not recommend the use of Tak Pak.
1) It is cyanoacrylate based which means:
a) you get the color you have already noted
b) can have workers on the shop floor gluing themselves together,
panicking and pulling skin off
c) cyanoacrylates are hygroscopic
d) they have no long term stability
d) this particular product fails SIR

We use either UV cure products, two part epoxys and/or heat cure SMT
adhesives. Some examples of these three categories are: Dymax 911,
Zxmet Zyvax 600 and Heraeus PD911. This is not a product endorsement,
so try these and others out yourself and make sure they met your own
company materials specification tests and actually do the process job
you want. Good luck.
