Tak Pak is a Loctite tradename for one of our superglues. The white haze
you see is characteristic of cyanoacrylate (superglue) adhesives. However,
we have several techniques that can minimize "blooming" (that's what we
call it) OR you may look into colored formulations.
Regarding not mixing a 50/50 product properly.. too late, has to be
re-done.
Please feel free to contact me off line (860)571-5100
Regards.

Subject: [TN] Jumper wire adhesive

Has anyone found a dependable, simple, one part adhesive for securing
jumper wires to circuit boards that is approved for Class II
assemblies? We currently use "Tak-Pak" and a two part 50/50 mix
epoxy. The problems that we run into is that the Tak-Pak dries to a
non aesthetically pleasing white color and/or the operators
(sometimes) don't mix the 50/50 properly and it does not harden. Any
     suggestions?
