We have identified a problem where burrs on FET tabs cut through the
insulator (dry grease on Kapton), and short to the heatsink. To avoid this
possibility, we now include a quick sanding operation at part prep. Very
labor intensive, inconsistent, wasted time..... Anyone have similar
problems? What do you do? Any automated equipment to do this operation?
Thanks in advance. Joe
