In answer to Mike DeVita's question there are a few file viewing/redline
markup packages out there the two that first come to mind are AutoView
from Cimmetry Systems (www.cimmetry.com)and Myriad from Informative
Graphics (www.infograph.com) both have web sites to download demos.
There are many others out there than these. If you subscribe to
Computer-Aided Engineering or managing Automation there are many add's
for this type of software in them.
