Joe,
If you absolutely are not going to output any data like a netlist Visio,
or for a little more Visio Pro with most electrical symbols already in
there (however there will probably be NO IC symbols there) may do the
trick, it is very easy to add library symbols though. This product can
be run from within Microsoft Office and Word which is nice. But if there
is a chance you may want a netlist at some point or the price of Visio
Pro is higher than you want you may be able to get a true design entry
software cheaper and have the output capability. The prices I have seen
lately for design entry on Win95 like Orcad run about $500.00 to 800.00
I think. Visio Pro I think is around $300.00 don't quote me on the
prices but I believe even the lowest priced design entry software will
be $500.00.
