There are two companies producing Multiwire product in the U.S. -
Performance Interconnect @ 817-283-5361
Advanced Interconnect Technologies @ 516-968-1400
There are many service bureaus offering Multiwire design services.
Both Cadence and Mentor have interfaces to Multiwire.
You can provide an ASCII netlist in virtually any format as input.
