Happy New Year Eddie,
I appreciate your comments and would like to respond:
1) These people have all been in the trenches, have "done the job" and have
"done the real work in manufacturing environments"
2) Notice also that I opened with thanks to "all the participants".
3) I can believe that the practice of "one-ups manship" goes on with in
companies but is not obtaining the right solution for the problem the true
goal of an engineer?
Peace,
J. Fjelstad
