Try the IPC website <http:\\www.ipc.org>.
There is a land pattern calculator for customizing along with some standard
patterns.
I would recommend verifying the land pattern against the manufacturer's
part spec. I have found there can be quite a variance from one product to
another. Do a double check if you are using Xlinx parts. If your design is
dense, you may not find a generic land pattern will work for you. Then you
can use the calculator to customize the land pattern to your standards or
process.
