Larry Baxter, Analog Engineer, will speak on the topic of
        Analog and Mixed Signal Layout.  His insights will help the
        design community in coping with the inherently unfriendly
        digital environment.

        Larry's distinguished career includes many aspects of analog
        and digital engineering as well as PCB layout.  His credits
        begin with studies at RPI and MIT, include founding con-
        tributions at Kronos and EchoLab Inc, and have migrated to
        consulting engagements along the route 128 corridor.

        Product expertise includes Code Readers, Embedded Systems,
        Sensors and Actuators, and Video and Compression hardware.

        He has recently written a book, "Capacitive Sensors", pub-
        lished last year by the IEEE.

        The meeting will be held at the Lockheed/Loral facility
        in Lexington MA.  Pizza ($5) at 6pm, Speaker at 7pm.  This
        facility is located off of route 128 at the route 2A/Lex-
        ington exit.  Proceed West 200 yards from route 128, turn
        Left into an industrial park.  The meeting is in the first
        building on the left.
