We have received, passed through inspection (don't ask!) and assembled
components onto a number of panelized PCBs. Now that we are ready to
depanelize them, we notice that not only are the breakoff tabs not
scored, but there are no perforations/drilled holes, only indentations
which go part of the way through the thickness of the board.
Aside from routing (I am concerned about the dust resulting from this as
well as any stress being imparted on the board), does anyone have any
suggestions on how we can depanelize these boards?
