I sure do not understand what you mean by "electroless deposits are not as
rigid as electrolytic deposits". Both electroless and electrolytic deposits
have a modulus of elasticity that is about 60% of that of wrought copper. The
other important properties, strength and ductility, are essentially the same
for good deposits.
