i would really like to see the derating tables for Moisture Sensitivity
that the J-STD-003 committee is working on.
Since Moisture Sensitivity (MS) is related to Absolute Humidity and not
always just to to Relative Humidity (depending on the altitude), i want to
see if the derating tables being worked on also include altitude corrections.
i am at 6000 feet and it makes a big difference to me.
Most of the MS testing has been done using RH at sea level.
