I have a specific question about 2-sided reflow:

What are the effects (quality/reliability) of 2-sided reflow on BGAs
(all types) ?
(i.e.  BGAs on both top and bottom of a PCB assembly)

Has anyone conducted experiments?  If so, what are the results.
