Alpha Metal is using Ionograph 500 SMD to measure the amount of flux
applied to the board.

The Ionograph software has two modes :  1. Ionic Mode, when you can measure
the  ionic contamination of the board (NaCl, units : ug/sq.in);  2. Solids
Mode, when you are measuring amount of flux in milliliters or milligrams.
The Ionorgraph calibration is deferent  foe each mode ( Na CL or Flux
solution.)
I have been using this new software for about two months now.

board other than the following methods?

* Weigh
* Titration method

How about ionograph????
