1) If you have small-ish volumes, there is a pen which write a silver ink, sold
under the Circuit Works brand name by Chemtronics.

2) Suppliers of polymer thick film silver inks include Coates, DuPont,
Multicore, Acheson, Creative Materials, etc. Lots of them!

3) If you want to step up the quality/reliability of such a repair, I would
suggest using soldered wire or copper track method. See IPC-R-700C. Materials
are available from companies like Circuit Repair Corp or Pace. The SMART Group
web page has links to these and other companies (http://www.smtuk.demon.co.uk).
