Is this white residue on circuit boards the same stuff that everyone is
talking about in Boston et al?  Seems the people in Boston have got a very
serious problem with their process if there is 12 inches of it.

Perhaps it is a regional thing - never had this sort of problem in  this
region.  Perhaps you'd better move all your plants over here.
