This is a common problem, selecting a good entry material will help with
this problem (i.e. aluminum) This will also reduce the heat of the drill. Be
aware that you must monitor this build up constantly because it will never
go away. The build up will cause hole wall defects.

Subject: [TN] Clogged Drill Flutes/Debris in holes

Is anyone experiencing debris in the holes after drill and/or debris in the
flute of the drills? We seem to find it more prevalent on high layer
count/resin rich constructions.
