     Steve, in addition to the suggestions below if you have plated holes
     near the score that are of particular concern you could place hole(s)
     on the score line and on a line perpendicular to the plated holes.
     That should releive any stress that would be trasnfered to the plated
     hole wall.
     Also in regards to a depaneling tool,  We've had two in our plant for
     several years.  There're made by a German company called CAB.  The
     tool is called MAESTRO.  There are several versions available from
     basic manual operation to motorized.  Our plant has used both for
     several years with good results.  The basic manual tool is about
     $1800.
     I bought them through a Rep in the Chicago area.  His name is Dick
