We have gone through several iterations using different heat sink adhesives
over the years on fast sampling hybrides and AD converters. Try LOCTITE
OUTPUT 384. It is basically an activator painted on one of the two surfaces
to affix. The actual glue is applied in defined dosage on the second
surface. WIll set quickly and does not require long curing times. Apart
from the usual pre-cleaning there are no nasty mixing or other process
stages to control. It has also been received well on the work floor during
repair operation. Loctite has a documented web site, try
