S = area of cylindrical surface
r = radius of end surface
h = height of cylinder
d = diameter of end surface
S = 6.2832rh or 3.1416dh
Total area of cylindical surface and end surfaces:
A = 6.2832r(r+h) or 3.1416d(½d+h)
