Scott,
What is an "after-scoring" machine? We score most of our boards and also
have concerns about component breakage. The other advantage to some type of
board removal device is that we may be able to place to boards closer
together. Currently we are required to place the boards far enough apart to
leave a large piece of fr4 left to grab a hold of.
Any info would be appreciated!

Use an after-score machine to break the boards out of the panel.
