I stand corrected.  I dug out my notes and we were using 6 mils as a
criteria (spec from Motorola).  But were getting measurements as high as
8-10 mils.  That spec may be at 8 now, I developed the BGA process at my
previous employer, but have not worked with BGA in the last year as my new
employer is not using BGA currently.
