Didn't realize the white residue on pcb's are such a serious
problem in Boston.  I believe the residue is caused by using
recycled water for board washing.  Fresh water is abundant
in Vancouver, British Columbia and we always use fresh
water.  It is a sound technical solution to pack up your
company and move to British Columbia, and leave your
boards out on roof tops to wash all gummy white residue.
Rainy season has arrived and still is on and it won't last too
long.  Hurry!
